The Silicone Edge Automated Stitching (SEAS) includes a reel holder for unwinding, an SEG Keder feeder for proper feeding, and an automatic system for cutting and inserting the SEG Keder into the sewing head. The MX Event +SEAS detects the start and end of the panel and informs the SEAS system where to work.

This machine can be activated by remote control or operator’s foot, and operations can be set up easily through the 7-inch widescreen LCD touch panel. Sewing SEG Keder or joining panels with oversized display textiles can be a complex task. To address this issue, MEEVO has designed an Extension Table that can be connected to the MX Event +SEAS sewing machine. The conveyor on the table is synchronized with the MX Event +SEAS to aid in handling and aligning heavy and oversized display textiles.

This innovative solution offers a 5-meter-long working area for easy textile handling. Multiple Extension Tables can be connected to the MX Event +SEAS as required.

Equipped with leveling castor wheels, this technological solution can be easily and quickly moved around the factory floor.
