REXframe® is a clever, new, innovative, silicone edge graphic signage system. It was created as a simple, versatile, environmentally friendly solution that grabs attention. We manufacture the frames from lightweight yet sturdy aluminum, assembled using a simple connector system. It can be custom designed or shaped to fit any space. It can be wall-mounted, freestanding, suspended, retro-fitted, or used to build an entire structure. It can be single-sided, double-sided, or cubed, teamed with LED lighting, backlit, or spot-lit. It can securely support LED TVs or iPads. It can be assembled for a one-off event, reused time and time again, or fixed in place in an office or retail environment.
We print the artwork on stretch fabric selected from our unique range of purpose-made fabrics that allow you to achieve any look in any space, seamlessly up to 10′ high x any length. The silicone gasket fitted to the fabric border ensures an easy-to-insert, taut finish.

NO! We’ve tested it on 6-year-olds and 80-year-olds, and they can assemble our frames with ease. Depending on the application, the installation may be tricky – especially if it’s suspended, but your dealer should be able to offer assistance.
All you need for assembly is a simple REXkey. Just piece it together and secure your structure using specially designed REXkeys. You may require tools to mount REXframe® to a wall, suspend it from a ceiling, attach it to a stand, or other more complex configurations.
The artwork is digitally printed directly onto high-quality stretch polyester fabrics specifically designed and coated for dye sublimation printing. Then, the ink is fixed to the fabric with heat and pressure applied. This process gives a deep, vivid color that is more vibrant than traditional signage.
We digitally print our REXframe® SEG Fabrics to offer the highest resolution print graphics. The artwork is printed directly onto the fabrics using water-based ink and then heat pressed to embed the ink. This process ensures that the print remains rich, vibrant, and colorfast.
We recommend high or medium-stretch polyester fabrics specifically designed and coated for dye sublimation printing. The material will remain taut within the frame and can be easily folded and stored when not in use. REXframe® profiles that will be backlit using an LED lightbox system use a specific fabric that is purpose-designed for this application. This fabric has excellent light diffusion, a matt finish, and is flame retardant.
The REXframe® printing process provides the highest resolution colorfast print on the highest quality fabric in the market. The digitally printed image is stable and will not fade under regular use. However, if placed in direct sunlight, it may fade over time. This signage is most suitable for indoor use.
Just place it in the washing machine with regular laundry detergent and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Hang it to dry in the shade. If only a small portion is soiled, it may be easier to sponge clean.
REXframe® can be single-sided, double-sided, cubed, suspended, curved, or used with a lightbox. Once you have installed the frame, you can easily change the fabric skin. Retail environments are the perfect space to utilize REXframe systems as you can change fabric graphics seasonally, and the versatility of the frame profiles offers excellent solutions for exhibitions and events.
Although we fabricate REXframe® from lightweight aluminum and fabric, it is incredibly durable. It will hold up exceptionally well under normal conditions and is less likely to be dented, scratched, or damaged than traditional signage. The fabric is a dense medium or high stretch polyester, which is also very durable. Under extreme conditions, the frames can be dented or bent, and the fabric may tear. You must take care with REXframe® as with all signage and promotional material.
